What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in time is from 14:00 (2:00 PM). Check-out is required by 12:00 (Noon). If you need an alternative time, please contact us in advance and we will try to accommodate you.

To maintain the highest standard of cleanliness for all our guests, we unfortunately do not accept pets in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding.

Is access to the pool and wellness included in the price?

Yes, the use of our 20-meter indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room within the Terra complex is completely free for apartment guests.

What about parking at the apartment?

Free public parking is available at the complex. No prior reservation is required.
